Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures during night shifts
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Perform vital sign monitoring and EKGs
- Maintain accurate patient records and electronic health documentation
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure clinic readiness for weekend operations
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
- Collaborate with night shift team to ensure seamless patient care
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a medical setting
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and weekends
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend schedules
- BLS/CPR certification required
