Responsibilities
- Assist in daily store or facility operations during the night shift to ensure 100% uptime.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all visitors and clients.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in processing incoming shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in compliance with company standards.
- Handle cash handling and point-of-sale transactions accurately and securely.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handover of daily tasks.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or operations is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotating night shift schedule.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
