Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate night shift activities to ensure operational efficiency and safety standards are met.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance reviews during the night and weekend periods.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management during off-peak hours.
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce company protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues independently during the shift.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a night shift team.
- Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems.
