Responsibilities
- Provide continuous patient monitoring and care during weekend night shifts
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless care transitions
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Offer patient education and emotional support during critical hours
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license (NY or OH)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong documentation skills in EHR systems
- Excellent communication and crisis management abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
