Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via advanced surveillance systems during overnight hours
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure facility security and access control
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations with professionalism

- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
- Train and mentor junior security personnel on weekend rotations
Qualifications
- Valid California Guard Card and firearms permit (if applicable)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Exceptional situational awareness and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills for reporting and client interactions
- Flexibility to cover weekend shifts and adapt to changing schedules
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
