Role Overview:
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for critical operational support during our night cycle. You will ensure system integrity, process urgent data, and maintain seamless communication between shifts.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical support tickets during night operations to ensure 100% uptime.
- Process urgent requests and perform high-accuracy data entry for nightly reports.
- Collaborate with day-shift management to ensure seamless handovers and workflow continuity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in adherence to company standards.
- Document all issues and resolutions in our CRM system for quality assurance.
- Conduct routine system checks to identify and prevent potential outages.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work nights (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high focus.
- Reliable transportation to the Dallas Parkway location.
