Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Maintain organized stock rotation and inventory accuracy in 50,000 sq ft facility
- Adhere to safety protocols including PPE usage and equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Document inventory discrepancies and resolve quality control issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy with WMS system familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Flexible availability for weekend nights (Saturday/Sunday only)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
