Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision for same-day shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain organized, OSHA-compliant work areas
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for operational handovers
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 6+ months warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Flexible availability for nights (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
