Responsibilities
- Execute Orders: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with speed and accuracy during the night shift.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and workplace policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A history of punctual attendance and dependability.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
