Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with speed and precision.
- Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak operational hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order accuracy.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required for all entry-level roles.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
