Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and containers using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory checks and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damages and ensure all items meet quality standards before shipping.
- Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work night shifts and weekends on a rotating schedule.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but we provide comprehensive training.
