Responsibilities
- Execute the safe and efficient loading and unloading of freight using various material handling equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using handheld scanning devices.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the day shift team during handovers to ensure continuous operations.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments to minimize errors.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PPE) such as forklifts and pallet jacks as required.
- Adhere to all company policies, OSHA standards, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday or Saturday through Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn proprietary warehouse management software.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
