Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, verify, and stock incoming shipments to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring high accuracy rates and customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and handheld scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and damages, reporting discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Shift Operations: Assist in the loading and unloading of trailers, ensuring timely dispatch of outbound cargo.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts and weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a commitment to attendance and punctuality.
- Documentation: Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Communication: Basic English skills for reading safety labels and communicating with team members.
