Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping according to standard operating procedures.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends as required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be punctual.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Communication: Basic English language skills for safety instructions and team communication.
