Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Receive, verify, and stage incoming inventory with high accuracy rates.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality metrics.
- Perform regular equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must be available to work night shifts and weekends as required by business needs.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but a plus).
