Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Pick & Pack: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily quotas.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems.
- Load & Unload: Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo is handled with care.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
