The Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently during our peak operational hours.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
