Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct daily quality checks to ensure product integrity before shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 5S standards.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment processes.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervision.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends without issue.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Proven track record of reliability and punctuality in previous employment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
