Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move stock efficiently and safely.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts during night audits.
- Load and unload trucks with precision and speed to maintain workflow.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations and order fulfillment.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance and organization to maintain a clean workspace.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and packaging materials.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience (preferred but willing to train the right candidate).
- Forklift certification (must have or obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive safety-conscious mindset.
