Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during weekend night shifts (Friday-Sunday, 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Safely operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and security protocols throughout shift
- Assist with inventory management and restocking operations
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless operations
- Complete daily shift reports and security checks
Qualifications
- Must be available for all weekend nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) with no conflicts
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to San Jose location
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Pass background check and drug screening (required)
- Basic math and computer proficiency
