Responsibilities
- Manage overnight guest services and front desk operations during weekend shifts
- Coordinate with security teams to maintain property safety protocols
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with exceptional service
- Oversee weekend event setups and ensure venue readiness
- Perform nightly reconciliation of transactions and financial reports
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and activities
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday nights)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid DC Security Guard License (or willingness to obtain)
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
