Responsibilities
- Coordinate inventory management during peak weekend operations
- Monitor warehouse systems and resolve technical issues overnight
- Lead cross-functional team handovers between shifts
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Analyze operational data and process improvement opportunities
- Manage client communications during weekend hours
- Train new weekend staff on company systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in logistics or supply chain management
- Proficiency with WMS and inventory management software
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Ability to work independently in low-supervision environments
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Spanish language proficiency highly valued
