Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse operations during weekend night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Lead team of 3-5 associates in high-volume sorting/packing
- Maintain accurate documentation of shift activities and discrepancies
- Address operational issues and escalate critical concerns promptly
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and quality checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, inventory systems)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation
