Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages during assigned shifts
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Assist in unloading and staging incoming deliveries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends
