Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory receiving, storage, and order fulfillment during assigned shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory movements and shipping records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct regular equipment checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Flexible schedule availability for nights (11 PM - 7 AM) and weekends
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
