Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and stage incoming shipments during overnight shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision and safety
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend operational targets
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred (training provided)
- Availability to work flexible shifts: Fri-Sat nights (11 PM-7 AM) and weekends
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (required for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety excellence
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
