Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inbound & Outbound Calls: Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution in a timely manner.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Listen actively to customer concerns and provide effective solutions or escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Document Interactions: Accurately record call details and customer information into the CRM system to maintain up-to-date records.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate answers to customer questions.
- Multi-Tasking: Handle multiple calls simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service quality.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and support staff to improve service processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers and typing (35+ WPM).
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Internet Connection: A stable high-speed internet connection is mandatory for remote work.
- Location: Must be willing to work from home or be based near our centers in Nashville, TN or Florida.
