- Adhere to company communication standards and brand voice
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 50 WPM typing speed with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in G Suite and Zendesk platforms
- Exceptional written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Experience in customer service or retail (advantageous)
- Available for evening/weekend shifts (15-25 hrs/week)
