Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat to resolve inquiries, answer questions, and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Deliver a superior customer experience by maintaining a professional, friendly, and empathetic tone in every interaction.
- Document customer interactions and issue resolutions accurately in our CRM ticketing system.
- Evaluate customer needs and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and billing.
- Identify complex issues that require escalation and route them to the appropriate department promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through ongoing training and self-study.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in customer service or a strong willingness to learn in a support role.
- Proficient typing speed (minimum 35-40 WPM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office space.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks while managing multiple chat sessions.
