Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and speed

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months customer service experience in call center or retail setting
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Reliable high-speed internet for remote work capability
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
