Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing issues, service disruptions, and account modifications efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex service problems
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for enhanced customer experience
- Maintain detailed knowledge of service offerings and company policies
- Meet key performance metrics including resolution times and satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Flexibility to work evenings (4 PM - 8 PM) and weekends (Sat/Sun)
