Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our brand. You will interact with our clients via phone and email to resolve inquiries, process orders, and ensure complete satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a professional and positive demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using internal CRM systems.
- Update and maintain customer records with detailed and relevant information.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required (we train the right candidates).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (35+ wpm).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available for shifts including evenings and weekends.
