Responsibilities

Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

Resolve complex customer issues with patience and empathy, ensuring high satisfaction scores.

Accurately document all customer interactions and solutions in the CRM database.

Provide detailed product information and troubleshoot technical problems.

Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and maintain a positive work environment.

Handle escalated complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
