Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by business needs.
