Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently using established protocols.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk) to log interactions, update customer records, and track issue resolution.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Educate customers on our products/services and provide accurate information.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management or technical support as necessary.
- Adhere to all call scripts and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a noise-free home office environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating web browsers.
