Responsibilities
- Delight patients with personalized care during weekend and overnight shifts
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing and mobility
- Administer medications under supervision per physician orders
- Collaborate with nurses and medical staff for coordinated care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Respond promptly to patient requests and emergency situations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and overnight hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Pass background check and drug screening
