Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve technical issues and product inquiries efficiently
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with escalation teams for complex problem resolution
- Adhere to company SLAs and chat response protocols
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Participate in weekly team training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service experience
- Minimum 45 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficient in CRM software (Zendesk/Salesforce)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Available to work evenings/weekends (8 AM - 8 PM CT)
- Resident of San Antonio, TX or Ohio preferred
