Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked at all times.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking new arrivals and tagging merchandise.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability and pricing.
- Handle cash transactions with strict attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash and currency.
- Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
- Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented demeanor.
