Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for every visitor.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean, visually appealing store layout.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist with inventory management, including checking stock levels and processing returns.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the sales floor and stockroom areas.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods; ability to lift light to moderate boxes (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
