Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean, visually appealing store environment.
- Assist with inventory management and restock items as needed throughout the day.
- Maintain the sales floor by ensuring aisles are clean, products are facing forward, and the overall store appearance is top-notch.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old to comply with labor laws.
- Must have reliable availability on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
