Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm, professional demeanor and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in the sales floor operations, including restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and ensuring products are attractively presented.
- Process transactions accurately at the register using our Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the location.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
