Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, answering questions and resolving inquiries promptly.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Merchandising: Execute visual merchandising standards to highlight promotions and products effectively.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Opening/Closing Duties: Follow strict opening and closing procedures to ensure store security and operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
