Responsibilities
- Assist in daily inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet sales and satisfaction goals.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
