Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Operations: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory counts, restocking shelves, and checking for damages.
- Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift light to medium objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology.
