Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service to customers by answering inquiries, offering product recommendations, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining store appearance, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular stock counts, receive deliveries, and restock shelves to ensure product availability.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system, handle cash and card payments, and manage returns.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily sales goals and support store management operations.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers and staff.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and maneuver around the sales floor.
- Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using tablets and POS systems.
