- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing displays in alignment with brand guidelines
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with empathy
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced weekend environment
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and technology
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Reliable transportation to downtown Raleigh location
