Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Organize and restock merchandise to ensure shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Maintain clean, orderly sales floor and fitting room areas
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during all shifts
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to assist diverse customer needs
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Reliable transportation to our downtown San Jose location
