As a Weekend Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. We are looking for reliable candidates who are available to work Saturdays and Sundays to support our retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register, handling cash and digital payments.
- Assist with store organization, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and orderly sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in preparing merchandise for upcoming sales events.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless store operations during peak weekend hours.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
