Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email to resolve technical inquiries and account issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless handover of ongoing cases.
- Identify trends in customer issues and suggest process improvements.
- Manage multiple tickets simultaneously while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (or rotating weekends).
- Must reside in Georgia or be willing to support clients in Florida.
