Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at resort amenities including pools, spas, and recreational facilities
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs using resort management systems
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily transactions
- Maintain pristine facility cleanliness and operational readiness
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations

Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible weekday hours
